Men’s Ministry and Small Groups

BROTHERS LEADING BROTHERS.

Brent Lamb Ministries offers men a place to be honest, known, and supported.

These aren’t traditional Bible studies—they are small, intentional groups where men can move beyond surface-level chatter and talk honestly about life, faith, failure, identity, and the burdens they carry alone. Grounded in scripture and brought to life through mentorship, storytelling, humor, and ongoing brotherhood, these spaces help men untangle where they feel stuck, rediscover who God made them to be, and take real steps toward spiritual, emotional, and relational health.

Men who experience meaningful connection are equipped to create it for others.

Helping Men Get Well

These groups are already changing lives, helping men move out of isolation, confront what they’ve been carrying, and build the kind of honest, supportive relationships that lead to real spiritual, emotional, and relational growth.

Grounded in truth and real conversation, Brothers Leading Brothers is created for:

  • Men seeking community.
  • Men who feel stuck.
  • Men looking for deeper relationships and spiritual growth.
  • Men from different generations, backgrounds, and levels of faith.
  • Men navigating failure, loss, or change.

A MINISTRY BUILT TO REACH MEN ANYWHERE.

The vision for Brothers Leading Brothers is bigger than the groups Brent can personally lead.

Brent has developed a video-based series that allows men to gather and experience the ministry wherever they are. Each session begins with video content from Brent featuring teaching, stories, scripture, questions, and practical perspective, followed by guided discussion that helps the group move from simply watching to having honest conversations of their own.

GET STARTED WITH YOUR OWN BROTHERS LEADING BROTHERS GROUP

Group hosts are provided access to the private video sessions, content and discussion questions needed to guide each gathering, and resources making it possible for churches, communities, and even groups of friends to create the same kind of relational environment without Brent having to be in the room.

MORE THAN A ONE-TIME EVENT.

Brent partners with churches to help launch and establish men’s small group ministries using the “Brothers Leading Brothers” model.

Whether speaking at a men’s retreat, performing a concert, leading worship or as a guest speaker, Brent helps churches cast vision, engage congregations, and plant the foundation for groups to continue long after the weekend is over.
From there, Brent’s video series, discussion questions, and group resources give local leaders the tools to keep the conversations going, helping churches build an ongoing culture of brotherhood, mentorship, and discipleship.
